About
AI systems, engineered to hold up in the real world.
Tricogli designs and builds custom AI systems for service businesses: answering and intake, revenue automation, and custom AI employees. Built around how your business actually runs, not rented by the seat.
How we think
Most AI gets bolted on. We build it in.
Off-the-shelf AI tools fail for one reason: nobody connects them to how the business actually works. That connection is engineering, and it is the part we do. We build systems that plug into your phones, your calendar, and your CRM, and behave the way your best employee would.
"An AI system is only as good as the engineering underneath it. That's the part everyone skips. It's the part we obsess over."
No hype
If AI isn't the answer, we tell you.
A lot of companies will sell you AI whether it fits or not, because AI is what they sell. We start with your problem, not a product. When AI is the right tool, we build it. When a simpler approach gets you the same result for less, we tell you and build that instead. You get the outcome either way.
"We'd rather point you to a better solution than sell you AI you don't need."
What we build
Systems that do the work, not demos that look good.

You've probably already used something I engineered.
For 17 years, rising to Director of Engineering, I designed the high-voltage power supplies that sit at the heart of X-ray generators: the machines used in hospitals and airport security. If you have ever had an X-ray taken or walked through airport screening, my work was very likely part of it. That world has no room for "good enough." A power supply that fails isn't an inconvenience, it is a missed diagnosis or a missed threat. It has to work, every time.
I hold a bachelor's in electrical engineering and a master's in information technology, and I later built and ran my own seven-figure company. So I have sat in both chairs: the engineer who has to make hard systems actually work, and the owner buried under the small daily tasks that quietly steal hours from the business. If I'd had today's AI back then, I would have run circles around my old self.
That is what I do now. Almost everyone has tried AI, but most people are stuck at the surface, asking it to write an email. The real power sits a fraction of an inch deeper, and helping an owner discover it is the part I love. With one of our clients, IEC Manufacturing, we turned an 800-plus page mess into a clean answer delivered in seconds instead of days. Watching that land is the whole reason I do this.
